What I read was she was either hit by a car or was thrown or jumped off the balcony.

I'm thinking CraigsList, we've probably seen her picture a bunch.  My first thought was that she might have been a ROB and someone got pissed. Especially when you see the "tina" ads, that kind of anger sounds like a pissed tweaker.  Really a shame though, no one deserves that, though ROBs certainly come close.
