You can't do nudity there but you can do bikinis and possibly modest lingerie

I also know of a cool waterfall in Rancho PQ - it's a bit of a walk (easy 45min) but very secluded. Could be an option for nudes or lingerie there on a weekday during the school year. This area is very cool but some people do hike it.

Better be a PG rated shoot if u r at the vista train museum.
