Seriously, since this provider has long been labeled a ripoff artist, can she be banned from posting on the message board?

Not only is she a ripoff artist, but even moreso, it is obvious that whoever is posting these repeated copy and paste ads doesn't care either.

Here are the facts as they stand:

Regardless of the reputation and reviews of this provider, as long as she continues to follow TER's ad posting guidelines and protocols,
I will continue to approve her weekly ad posts.

I also continue to approve the comments made weekly under the ad despite the fact some of them (including the post to which i am responding here) have been borderline violations.

One of the more common disapproval reasons is due to a post being "Negative / Troublemaking / Rude / Inappropriate / Flame / Slander".

Which one of those options fits best here? Should I simply not approve her weekly post because some of you consider to be a ripoff?
Should I moderate those of you who routinely denigrate this provider? Obviously somebody likes her, or she'd be out of the game by now with all the accusatory comments made.

I can personally say that she is a big time upseller... hot yes... but an upseller with no enthusiasm.. personal experience of course so your might be different...

Makes me wonder why she keeps posting here. The naive hobbyist visiting San Diego, who sees her Eros ad and does no further research, would seem to be her mark.

you misunderstand my intent.

It is simply to respond to the calls for her banishment... she has done nothing out of bounds with regards to TER ad posting protocols.

I do not know her, have never seen her, and make no judgements based on either the weekly comments or her reviews. It would be inappropriate of me, as a Moderator to take a stand either way, unless I had some vested, or prior interest and experience. But I've got no dog in this hunt outside of insuring TER ad posting guidelines are adhered to.
