I can't understand why this review system would be difficult to follow. I would think it would be in everyone's best interest to do so. However, people also don't signal when they turn their cars, so I guess I am being an idealist again.
that if the performance score is 8 or higher, then all you have to do is look for something specific the provider did or was willing to do that would allow a score above 7

Perhaps I am wrong, but I believe that if the lady's service is just listed as Massage, then the ratings scale to which an escort is held does not apply. Maybe that would explain high performance numbers that seem out of line?
