Not really sure what that means. Since this appears to be your first post on this board, and you haven't written any reviews, I'll guess you may be new to this.  So the general rule of thumb is to make contact with the provider using her preferred method of contact. Give her all the info that she requested on her web site.   If you don't get a reply within 24 to 48 hrs, contact again with a brief "are you ok and, did you get my email/phone  call, text etc. If you don't get a reply don't try again, just simply move on.   There is an old saying in the hobby " I'll beg for sex, I'll pay for sex, but I sure won't beg to pay for sex"'
