Why are there no reasonably priced escorts included in the top 100? I've been with some that look as nice as the ones there and only spent $120-150 for half hour. I would think that the majority of TER users aren't rich and spend what I spend on girls. Should there be a top 100 for girls in the $100-$150 range so the good ones can be included? I got  mortgages to pay and can't/wouldn't pay $400 and up per hour. (The cheapest one on the top 100 started at $400/hour!!!)

Ratings aside, providers need 20 reviews minimum to be on the top 100 list.
Enter 20 for a minimum and any max you want.

Doing all of that will create an artificial top 100 list of ladies in that price range.

Yes and no. It will list providers in order of who was most recently reviewed, not a "Top 100" list. It will list the most recently reviewed lady at the top and the rest following. But yes, Businesses is correct: type in your perimeters in the search feature.

the numbers for looks and performance. That way you can get rid of all the 6 or 7's.

I agree that some of  the top 100 in "other cities" aren't that hot in my book and  am amazed at thier 10 score for looks.  That said, our San Diego top 10 simply blow them all away as far as that goes.  In fact our top 20-30 do as well!  Just my opinion but thank goodness I live in San Diego and not Deluth!

The second line in the search review form  is "sort by." If you sort by rating, then it would be done just like the "top" list. You can also sort by date (which would give results as you mentioned) or by online status, which would have anyone who is currently online to be at the top, regardlessw of rating. You can also sort by looks, performance, and even alphabetical.

Go down the list there are plenty of providers who are under 200 for the hour, or offer quickies for 100.

Many offer discounts on other sites.  Look down the list & you will see.
