Being a participating member of this website, I am certainly not here to judge anyone else. With that being said, providing while pregnant is one thing(and just IMHO something that is not for me)but to each his own. But when you say you're going on spring break, and I may be wrong, I invision partying, excessive drinking, maybe a bit of illicit drug use, well then there's a problem. I just hope, for your unborn child's sake, that you are very careful.
I am not one to do drugs or drunk accessively, esp while I am pregnant. For most people I guess this is the case during spring break, but since I can not even come close to this or being able to think about anything that resembles this for my babies safety I have decided to travel. Not everyone does drugs or drinks. There are plenty of other ways to have fun completely sober.
Also Spring Break is a term used by schools for all ages, all over, for stating a part of the school year where people/kids of all ages are not in school. I am sure they aren't all spending there time doing drugs.
That is a very wrong and disturbing assumption on your part. Just because I do this, also doesn't automatically mean I am a druggie or alcholic either. I am doing this because I like meeting nice gentlemen, who treat me with respect, and kindness, as well as being able to make a college fund for my child.
