New laws went into effect back at the end of June.  Laws were passed back when Juan Vargas was  on the city council. So it was a couple of years ago, at least, they passed them. The City Council at the time aimed the laws to shutdown AMPs.
I believe several AMPs have shutdown because of the new laws.  Stress Free being one of them.
I'm guessing, if in fact Kiaa closed down, this would be why as well.

They seem to be shutting down all over. the Saigon, (the place kept changing names lol) on el cajon blvd and one on 32nd and university are now shut. Stress Free? is that the one near the home depot on fletcher? Any good ones left?

Most of the MP's are shutting down because of the new 1000 hour educational requirement for all MPT's;  This new law was actually sponsored by legit MP's who were tired of having their industry whitewashed as prostitution. (2002 UT Story)

Thanks for the details. I knew it was along those lines. Plus as I posted I think Vargas was involved as well in the new law.
