CAUTION!  Shortly after I entered this hobby in summer 2001 I saw a Kaylea together with another provider.  I am sure it is the same girl in the picture you posted, although the phone numbers she used then were different.  Definitely an agency, with a    typical agency scenario of paying up front, delivering the money to the driver, then negotiating much higher fees.  I finally just asked both of them to leave,  chalked it up to experience, and vowed never to see anybody again not reviewed or not otherwise recommended.  Having "taken one for the team" I did a review.  It  was rejected as "not verifiable".  I would stay away.

I saw Kaylea on New Years Eve.
First the good:
She is absolutely gorgeous (better than the pics) with a nearly perfect tight little body.
The bad:
She showed up 3 hours late.
She is a very high volume agency girl.
Alot of $$$$$ for very little action.

It's a real shame since she is a hottie.
My advice is to stay away but YMMV.
