Since many of us spend valuable time researching providers, I suggest we share some of our basic findings even BEFORE we see a new provider.  If done properly (just facts, a minimum of conjecture), I believe a lot of us could save time and energy - not to mention opening the door for providers to "set the record straight".  The following are results of some recent phone calls I made, and the type of information I look for:
