I bet that you could get a really good deal on the lease for that place now!  

In any event, they better not open up a restaurant at that location.  Yikes.

Same stuff as Risque-only cheaper and far less relaxing

There's always Fantasy Shots off of PCH or another place like the Jolar across the street from the Main Post office at Barnett St.  It's not as seedy as the Jolar.
