how does craigs list work anyway?

I have yet to contact anybody on craigslist.

It seams a little to fly by night..

Have many had good sucess there? and if so what is
the usal method?  e-mail or calls?

I didn't see any phone numbers on most of the entries.

She's a KannKann or SDExotics girl...  Not a very good agency to deal with IMHO...  Borderline rip off....  It's the guy/pimp doing the scheduling that posts those ads on CL and then replies to your emails.  9/10 times the girls don't know who they are going to see or what was discussed.  They're just told to show up....  That is from the mouth of one of the "models" I met....

And the pics from craigs list are for two different girls...  Check out the link below and look for Jenna and then Bailey under models...  Oh yeah and I think the pic of Tiffany on that site is the same girl as Jenna....
