I've wondered about that...

I occasionally read posts complaining about messages taking too long to be posted, which I don't get because mine have always been posted immediately. How does one end up on the TER sh*t list for this to happen?

For tonight sunday, hope this gets posted in time to take advantage of it, and tomorrow I am offering $50 of 1hr or half and hour extra for my regular rate. additionally the 2ns hourof a 2 hr appointment is also $50 off.

I'm trying to get together the funds to revamp my website with new pics as I have been told alot lately that I don't look like the pics on my site anymore.

Soooo here is the link again to my webcam pics. The lighting is not very good so you can't tell that my hair has returned to it's natural shade of strawberry blonde. As far as how else I look different it is hard to be objective about that so I will let those with a better perspective be the ones to judge.

i dont really claim to be the brightest bulb in the package--but i know that you are a hottie. and a great lady to spend your time with.

I agree.
.. and if I were a guy..(altho not necessarily)..

Come on moderator u need to get on the ball!!!
From her post I know i am not the only one who thinks it takes too long for a post to show up.

Well excuse me agentsmiff, for having a life away from this board.  I'm sure you would prefer that I sit here and stare at the screen 24/7 to make sure posts are approved immediately.  TER's guidelines state that it can take up to 24 hours for a post to be approved.  I've never taken anywhere near that long.  It's usually no more than a few hours.  Her post was written on a sunday afternoon.  I was out with my daughter shopping for her homecoming dress.  If you are unhappy with the job I am doing as moderator, please feel free to contact Staff and let him know.  I'd also be curious if anyone else feels the same as agentsmiff.  Thanks.  Sedagive.

If you post long enough with THOUGHT before you push that SEND button, you can get yourself UNMODERATED and then your posts show up immediately.

All it takes is some common courtesy and thinking things through before you post.  (I think.)

Or, you can do like I did and sleep with the staff, Girl Next Door & Sedagive for free! (trick) LOL  (Don't moderate me, that was a joke.)

I really have no idea what I did to get unmoderated, I just asked after a long time being moderated and it finally happened.

Maybe Sedagive can give us an idea.

Ginger,

First of all, I think you have unrelaistic expectations.  Your pictures don't do you justice.  I think I like the NE ones with the 3 girls on the stairs best (In fact, I've decided, in my next life, I'm going to be reincarnated as a capreted stair step, preferablly at your place).  Anyway, those were sexy shots, however, they only made you look NEARLY as pretty there as in real life.  Bottom line, there's an inner and outer beauty to you, don't you agree?  The photographer's art is to capture both, IMHO.

The new webcam shots are another mattter.  You look, to my eye, a bit severe.  Also, red hair with red wall behind, didn't accentuate the hair, which is beautiful.  A wall is just a wall... So, I agree with the concensus, time to replace the webcam ones with something with higher granularity.

Just my two pennies worth.
