It's tough to want to post when posts are removed because they don't meet someone's interpidation of the guidelines. If there are only of a handful of topics that can be posted about, than the post output will die off.

I think I speak for most that common interests and ideas are a big part of the overall experience for both partners, but how will you know if they are shared if we can't even post them on the forum?

Two Chargers threads have either been deleted or moved in the last few weeks and I can say that several times, just the fact that me and a provider were Bolts fans broke the ice in a big way.

I think if it loosens up a little bit, both providers and hobbydudes would benefit...and would be fun also!

I hear you.

I was unaware of management's deleting of Chargers comments and other "off topic threads". I'm aware of the need for moderation to weed out commercialization, hate spew, and preaching of anything, but I'm not in agreement with moderating out harmless chat.

I can sense a conflict of intent. Management in general everywhere tends to conceptualize customers in predetermined categories of behaviors they imagine without the benefit of actual customer consultation, and then are surprised that the real human beings don't actually behave that way.

I've looked in on many presumably sexually based discussion boards over the years hoping to see some sexy talk (yes, I'm  a pervert) only to find everyone talking about everyday events and thoughts and Hi, how are you. Very little in the way of sexy talk.  I suspect TER management hopes this forum will be an audience draw if it is restricted to sexy talk and wants to move any non-sexual talk to a non-sexual forum.  

But people don't do that.  We talk about ordinary things and establish a rapport. For us, hooking up with a lady starts with regular chat. Starting off with something like, "I bet you give good head" is just creepy and goes nowhere good. How many times with a provider do you start out talking about the trip to the location?

I don't know if the answer is for TER to loosen the reins on topics or what, but the result right now is there is very little traffic here and that is a shame.

The only threads that get any back and forth mileage seem to be the "pass the stick' stories, and the "what do you think about/what do you like best" kickstarts, but those are games more than conversations.

Give people the chance to talk about ordinary things and let the sexy happen naturally - it might get better results.

That's just one opinion.

Or maybe they should define an "explicit talk only" forum only for providers and VIP members, without regional borders, and see what happens.

The Bolts are shaken up and rightly but, they still are tied for the lead in the west and will show up big. Backed into a corner can make things happen sometimes. The season does not start until week 7. I have been saying it for years. It's a flim thing with the coaches and how they map out the games.

I will say that the mods gave me some free VIP days last week because a provider that for some unknown reason doesn't like me very much asked that my nice post complimenting a photo of her was removed. Even the mod was laughing at her request, but respected her desire to have it removed. So they can be reasonable.

But yes, we all need to talk. It starts with something simple like a shared interest and goes from there or even just as important, ends there.

I find that this board is much less "catty" than some of the others on TER...and nearly catagorically, all of us guys hate that catty shit.

I have yet to have a bad, or even a medium experience with a SD provider. All have been very good or better.

Not only that but guys like Willay and Sdhobbyist and others seem like articulate, astute, intelligent gents and I want to read what they have to say. Tang related or not.

Yeah mods, let us run...the sex/fuck/suck threads will be evident in the thread and post headings so those that want to read those threads only.... will still get to.

There is a middle ground here that can be found. This fourm is a much less negative than others I have been on, even far outside of the hobby thing, and much, much less negative than other TER forums.

BTW, Goldie, I want to put my tongue to your taint and see which way I go. North or south? Who knows? MMMMM! I could go on for awhile with this...
