Is it rude to ask a provider if the rate changes if you don't want everything?  I understand that there are providers for everyones budget but I was curious to know if it was rude to ask.  I don't partake in everything all the time and I would still like to see certain providers but alas I don't want to pay for something that I am not getting.  Honest question here so please don't kill me with the responses.  I would only like to know.
