That picture just SCREAMS "stock photo".  The girl's too hot and the photo quality looks too professional.  I'd give it a 5% chance of being real.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it's a stock photo...I've seen her on numerous porn sights across the Internet. (oooooh, did I just reveal my surfing habits??? =)
