I need to know where an internet coffee house is in downtown san diego...While I am visiting I would like to check email etc...Tiffany...

I've never used it,,but there's suppose to be one connect to the Westin Hotel. Which is next to Horton Plaza.  The cafe is to the left of the main door to the hotel.
