Just an FYI for those interested in history, war facts, or tracing your roots.
You may have already seen the news release over the holiday.
It may be more of a girl thing to trace your background. I found some of the records themselves rather interesting. Some give a good amount of information and insite, back to the civil war.
Access is free up until June 5th or 6th.

Thanks for the info Jai, it informed me a little more about my Dad.

Great more easily accessible presonal information.

I found my dad and grandfather, AND my GRANDMOTHER!  She was apparently in the Army.  Which I never knew about.
