I hope this is an appropriate forum to ask directly about a provider.  She has a few reviews here on TER, but I found her through another board, on which she has no reviews.  Her TER reviews all seem positive.

I am not terribly experienced in this hobby, but so far I have found that I feel most secure about my choices within it, when those choices are made based off recent reviews or information on TER.

I have been on TER for a while, but have allowed my VIP membership to lapse... In this case though, I'm sure what telling information VIP status would allow me.

I'm not looking for intimate details about people's experiences with her, just wondering if there's any body on here who would want "vouch" for her and say she's legit and safe, at least in their experience.
