I totally agree with your position on time; I can see how clients would want to spend more time with you than the one hour session.  It's not "fair" for (2) reasons: 1. It cuts into the next client's session, and 2. It probably makes you feel bad for saying "no."  I am a physician and am very aware of this with my patients - each deserves as much time they need to receive treatment, but when the treatment is finished, it is very difficult for me to say that I need to see other patients.  Any help on this will be much appreciated.  By the way, is it possible for me to make an appointment to have a session with you?
