Hello everyone I have a consultation with a  Breast Enhancement Dr in the beginning of April and Im not exactly sure what to do yet..
im going to see what Doc thinks and see if i fit all criterias to get some Ds
..but its such a hard decision to make bc most of my repeat clientele says Please dont do it..But the other half says They think it be a nice change for me..
what do you all think??
are they as sexy when theyre paid for?
will my business grow?
will i lose my long time f*ck Buddies over getting them?

We've never met, but I've seen plenty of your pics.  I think you're gorgeous, and have great curves (your bubble butt, your athletic legs), but you are on the thin side, if I may be frank.  Let me be clear, I'm not saying you're too thin at all.  I think you look perfect the way you are.  Having said that, I'm wondering if D cups will be too large for your thin frame.  How tall are you again...5' 5"?  

I'm a leg and butt man, so I wouldn't recommend a boob job if you were my girlfriend.  I'd be thrilled with your figure just the way it is.  Besides, your boobs are very nice natural boobs, B's, I'm guessing.

However, I understand *you* may want to get them larger, so if that's the route you wanna take, my only advice is to go to the BEST surgeon you can find--even if you have to save up for an extra 6 or 12 months to afford him.  Because if you get them done and they look like "bolt-ons", I gotta be honest, it's very unattractive.

I am not a fan of implants at all.  However, two women that have bodies similar to you are at the top of my sex partner list of all time. I met one before implants and one after.  The one I met after I had on a wish list before she got implants.

Although I am not a fan of them, they both felt better about themselves after they got them.  I think confidence in yourself does contribute to a good sex partner.  The one I had seen before implants was great before and after so implants didn't make any difference with her but she got them after a rough divorce so I'm sure it helped in other ways.

I like you as you are from your pics but if this is what you want then that is all that matters.

While we haven't met, I have admired your pictures for a while.  Your frame is beautiful as are your breasts.  When O when can I nibble on your succulent nipples, squeeze your luscious breasts, and bury my face in the valley between your breasts?

I highly doubt you will lose your long time f**k buddies because of a breast enhancement.  If you do decide to get 'em, make sure they complement your size and frame.  Anything else would just look tacky.

Okay it is your body and you can do what you want to it. But you are asking for opinions. For me, I prefer natural, B cup, perky breasts. There are many guys with my tastes and many who like big fake boobs. So you will lose some clients and gain some. I bet the net result is the same. I doubt that getting fake boobs actually makes any provider generate more business. Many ladies do it, but has any study been done to prove they are busier? If you are going to do it, do it for yourself.

For me personally I think the only reason to get fake boobs is if you had a mastectomy or have one boob way bigger than the other or something like that. Or maybe if they are really droopy. I just never understand why girls with perfect bodies (in my eyes) decide to get these giant balloons put on their chest. It does not look natural!

The worst offense to me is when they go way too large for their body size and they look like skin pulled over tupperware bowls, and they defy gravity. Boobs are not supposed to stick straight out horizontally when you are standing or straight up vertically when you are laying down.

You also said that “most” of your clients tell you not to do it but “half” says do it..Uhm how does that work? Most is more than half. LOL

If you do decide to do it, pay the price and get a really really good doctor. Make sure they look natural when you are done, and don't go too large. You might want to go to some strip clubs, and look at fake boobs that you think were done well, and ask who their doctor was.

Am I the only guy out there who likes 'em small to mid-sized?  My point, and I do have one, is this...gals, if you're a B cup and you feel that you absolutely need to go way bigger to be attractive, get over it.  There's guys who like every size, every shape.  Stay out of the herd...keep your wonderful B cups!

why not, if you want them go for it. I've been with a number of escorts that had "store bought" and I couldn't really tell the difference. As has been said before on this thread, shop carefully and find the best MD possible and don't let the cost be the determining factor. This is a big decision and shouldn't be take lightly.

Girls assume fake breasts make you more $, but it is your choice just keep in mind they require up keep.  If you get them done now at a young age you will need to have $ to get them redone again in the future.  DD's on petite, or small girlies are not attractive to me personally.

(or words to that effect). My point is, make sure the guy understands what you want.

Hello Gorgeous...If you have made the descision to have any type of plastic surgery please first & foremost please verify that  the surgeon you are considering is a member of the American Board Of Plastic Surgery. This is extremely important. There are a ton of unqualified dcoctors perforoming these procedures. Also please research the possible complications as there are many! One of the most common is what is called capsular contarcture & it happens very frequently. This  occurs when your body builds excessive scar tissue to protect it self from the implanted foreign object. This is why some ladies have "rock hard" boobs & it happens in 20%-30% of breast surgeries depending on the surgeon. If it happens to you, you will be solely responsible for the corrective surgery needed and it will cost much more  then your initial implants & it very well may continue to happen with subsequent procedures.
Just know that as stated by many...this is an extremely huge descision that can carry lifelong repercussions.
Also, saline implants have a shelf life of 10 years. So be prepared as Ms P stated to have them replaced no longer than 10 years from now. You dont want them to rupture in your body as the saline contained in them can become toxic & contaminated & may be harmful to your health.
I personally had saline implants at one time & was very dissatisfied. So much so that I had them replaced with silicone only 3 months later. Silicone is much much much more natural feeling. Especially the "silicone cohesive gels" made by allergan. They are much more expensive but are garunteed with a lifetime warranty. I highly recommend them. Good luck.xo
