It doesnt matter because I have been on this board so long I can already anticipate the responses.  There is always a plus and minus to this situation.  On the one side you will have those that say way over-priced.  On the other side you will have those that say if its too high then move on.  Bottom line is that the cream always rises to the top.  My only comment would be that as the rates (or donations) rise, then so must the quality of service.  If it doesnt then it becomes a buyers market.  

I never understood why a provider would inflate her price.  I see that the short run is fine but in the long run it doesnt work.  Couple the rise in price with dubious service and a provider will go out of business QUICK.  Trust me - I have seen it over the years.  To the hobbyists - stand your ground and dont pay inflated prices.  My budget is $200 so if that doesnt work for a provider then she can move on.

200 for a top rated quality provider?

I don't think, so...

You get what you pay for!  If I was affordable everone would see me & I do not have time for the traffic.  I have a business I run this is not my career it is a hobby now.  When I was free meaning no real responsibilities yes I enjoyed the hustle.  You have to think bigger boys it is not expensive when it is a for sure thing your going to get what you want.  Provider's have expences advertising, professional pictures, travel costs, hotels, some even have to pay for childcare, so let's add this up & if your still asking yourself why maybe you should stay at the 200hr level because believe me there is a major difference.


Quality over quantity!

My first experience via BP was for that and was very good. Then I tried a couple of more BP ladys at that price and NOT good. I then discovered TER and have found great ladies in the 250 to 400 range. As always the market always wins and YMMV.
