As far as I have been able to ascertain, they aren't really an agency. They are more of a cooperative. They seem to be a loosely-based group of professionals who have pooled their resources together to produce the website. I think they get a bit of help from a web site savvy person -- not sure how much, though, because the site itself is very simple (but it is still effective).
And besides, Jazmin is one of the pros on the site -- so that makes it okay in my book!

In my eight years of going to TJ, I have been hassled by TJ police a total of two or three times. They have never "ripped me off" except for the time it took to deal with them.
