Maybe one of us should write a review for one of those Abu Gharib "providers."  Something like:

Atmosphere:  Hot and dusty, bed was hard, kind of like concrete
Attitude:  Teasing, and a bit on the bossy side
Appearance:  5 - A bit too muscular for my tastes
Performance:  2 - I should have stayed in my tent
