Real or not, since she can't even take the time to present herself in her P411 well, or spell "heights" or "hygiene" properly, I doubt she'll put much time and effort into preparing for a date.

I noticed that. But as I managed to screw up the subject line I might forgive her. Also, not everyone who went to college had instruction in English.
They almost all say how well educated they are, even though they are normally high school grads at best. But, who cares; I seriously doubt hobbyists are seeing providers for their spelling prowess.
So yes, what we post and describe has a marked effect on the type of dates we get.
For example: I haven't yet had a client try to rip me off, hurt me, be rude or harass me (who I have actually met I should add) and I attribute that to how I come across online namely because I am often told my posts are insightful, direct and witty (at times).
I love when a guy messages me and says "hey you're website has the wrong use of a word" or "small spelling error" instead of posting about it on a forum. It's nice having someone try to help or let me know I may have overlooked something.

Cheaper pricing, and no menu means that the best case is she's going to upcharge the hell out of you, because she has a different idea of fun than you do. At worst, she's a cop and she's trying to get you to request things in an explicit manner, aka solicit, and in the words of the late great Admiral Akbar, IT'S A TRAP!.
