Seeing if there would be interest in the community/board for an invite only , low key event. With some special ladies and a few good men. Nice hotel suite, drinks, giggles and fun'!

There's a few people who have meet and greets fairly regularly in Las Vegas, where I do most of my hobbying, but usually they go bowling or go-karting, or something like that. I'd be more interested in what you described, a low key event.

Invites would be to personal friends of the ladies, as well as, those willing to pass verification.
Given there is plenty of room on the guest list.

I've done this a few times over in the UK and more recently here in Tucson.  Every time was a fantastic experience.  I'd like to see this become more popular amongst the providers (of course as long as I get an invite to the ones in my area, lol).

My humble opinion is GO FOR IT - it's a blast!
