I personally want to thank SanDiego2 for the info provided on a previous thread.  The place is very private with knowledgeable staff and results in 20 mins with a 99.6% accuracy.  Testing has come a long way.  I wanted to pass on other testing sites for any of you interested:

Great information!! Do they also perform anonymous STD testing and if so, how are the results delivered?

You are given a number and remain one.  The results are given in person by a counselor while you wait.  Not sure for STDs but for HIV, very confidential and informative.

Thank you for saying thank you.  I want to thank my friend for telling me about this place so I could share it with you guys.  I wouldn't be surprised if they have a big surge in visitors because of this!

FYI ... they typically only test once every 6 months because (I assume) they're trying to budget out the free tests.  It costs the county money (do i feel bad since I pay nearly 35% in taxes? Hell no!) so if you go back, make sure you go to another testing center, or just risk it and hope they don't remember you.  If they ask if you've been tested recently, lie and say no :)
