I haven't had it with her in heels yet. Sounds fun though especially if it is something she is into! (we all get and understand the female/shoe connection) 
Nor have I tried Keeper's suggested position either. It looks like I have some things to look forward to and it's time to get busy, busy, busy
As sexy as your pictures look, I don't think guys are going to care if you left them or or took them off. They look sexy as anything when we arrive but once we get the clothes off most guys are thinking about your feet...not all, just most I think if you told a guy that you wanted to keep them on there wouldn't be any man that would tell you to take them off. Might even have you lay down so he can hold your feet up in the air. I'm just sayin'.
I love wearing heels while on the bed!!!!!!! sometimes I have been asked to remove the heels lol 
but i am carefully skilled to not poke anything that should not. Heels for me are a turn on, especially because I am back in them and looking hot! They just make playtime more ravishing especially if there is a mirror...... only time i want to take them off is if well a position is up yeeehahh.

her from behind the shoes make her A** look so divine. Matching LOU BOU's are always fun. Four weapons in a bed can be tricky but it has been done!
