This would be my 1st visit with them, but I have filled out the form, sent all my info with references but I can not get them to email me back.  It is as if they do not want my business.  Do you guys have any ideas on how to get an appt with them, or exactly what they need in their screening?

There are plenty of newbie friendly ladies.  
They are an agency and have plenty of business if they choose not to reply.  

I have been contacted by a few SD Asian agencies asking for references, and they are rude.  I will not supply anymore references to anyone, or agency who can not show some common courtesy.  I know the majority are here to make $, but for some of us money is not everything.

For some reason their approval reply to me (this was 4 years ago), ended up in my spam folder. I was puzzled too, checked the spam file and there it was. Good luck.

I followed their application form and had no problem once I gave them a lady from TER/SDASP as a reference. Gave her a "heads up" first, and got on agency's approved list quickly.

Of the two Asian agencies in SD, SD Asian Girls was the harder one to get verified.  One of them asked if they can call my office to verify (which didn't matter to me since there was a main line with automatic transfer) but didn't hear from them.  I finally said "I'd like to see so and so tomorrow, let me know if I'm verified or I'll go ahead and book somewhere else".  Then I got verified.  After that, though, all the booking through them were automatic.  keep trying but yeah, move on if they don't seem to want your money.

I have used them for over two years and found them very helpful.  Their girls are great and fun and eager, and reasonably priced.  Keep trying, and feel free to use my handle for a reference.
