Ok, here is a question to Providers, should a client get your permission to post a review on such sites as TER?

I has provider get mad at me for posting review of her, even though it was a really good review.  I guess she did not want too many people to know about her services.

What do the providers of San Diego think

You don't need permission to post a review.  

That said, I have had a few ladies ask me not to.  It was always up front while making the appointment, so I had the choice to move on if I wanted.  I have always respected the ladies wishes and always had a great time.  Some of them get the idea that too many reviews is a bad thing, and some of them just detest the whole review thing.  

I guess my point is as long as it is understood up front, okay, but to get mad after the fact without any mention of her wishes before or during is not cool IMHO. It seems she is not mad at the review, per se, but that it mentioned things that maybe are not offered to everyone, which is understandable.  

Were you aware that you were getting a different level of service than what is on her profile? if so, not cool on your part to mention it in the review.  If not, chalk it up as a learning experience.

Well, I'm not a provider, but I always ask the lady if she's OK with me doing a review. If she is, I then ask if she would like it to be really specific or more general. For a variety of personal reasons there are some who do not want reviews posted at all. Also, I have not had a date that was really bad; however, if I did I would feel obligated to let other hobbyists know whether the provider wanted a review or not.

I think the reviews are supposed to be there to benefit the hobbyists here, not the providers... so I wouldn't think you need to ask her for permission or even mention you are writing one... the only that that bothers me is that once in awhile I see a review on me that I know is made up or has some kind of mistake about what service is offered.  TER support is really good at responding when there is some kind of discrepancy.  I have been on another review site that had a "good review" on me, but the services listed were wrong and they refused to remove it.  I didn't understand why because it would only help the hobbyists so they aren't misled.  That's why I like TER much better.

Most reviews that I have posted have been asked for me to post by providers. Just keep it factual and I think you are okay. Sometimes it's hard to remember what happens in the heat of the moment and I would avoid writing a review in those instances.

One provider wants me to write a review for her, but I have seen her many times now and a review of one night would not capture our time together, so I will elect to write a "multi night review". This takes some time though to get it right. I will spend hours on it.

If a gal does not want me to review her, I will honor that. But I have never had that discussion. Just keep it factual and everyone will benefit. I have never had a "bad" session since joining TER in 2008, so it is kind of fun!

I have emailed the TER support staff to correct about ethnicity and stuff like "rimming" which she does not do and they corrected it in her profile. Easier for the guys to do this than the gals, I think. Be a gentleman and correct anything that she thinks is wrong.

As a provider you need to constantly read your own reviews & report fake reviewers, or misleading information.  Providers also, have to keep their profile updated.  Keep in mind that TER refers to all reviews as fantasy.  I feel the bottom line is always YMMV.  You can not tell anyone not to review you, but you can notify TER of false information.  When I 1st started providing I was against reviews because I preferred not to share, or kiss & tell.  As you can see we as providers have no control over guys wanting to submit reviews.  Asking is always nice, and I think that is a gentlemen trait.  Good question & interesting post.  Thanks for asking & caring what us providers think.  Have a lovely weekend & smile 4 me!

As a member of Yelp I would be sure to review if asked not to by a shop or restaurant.

Not wanting reviews says a few things to me:
- she is UTR (if this is so, no reviews should exist nor should any web info/photos)
- she wants to keep her review average up (she is concerned your review will be a point lower which could bring down the score: no new reviews means your review average does not change, thus your TER top 100 position won't change… score manipulation is what it is)
- she wants you to agree to no review before the meeting so she can slack off (hopefully not)
- she is hiding the fact she is still working from a.) client b.) family c.) lover so new reviews would suggest she is still active (i personally went though this in a way)

Not to say those are the ONLY reasons to request a review not submitted but those were my thoughts.

The providers who respond will tell you yes, only if its good.
The important ladies wont respond so your question will not help you know what they think.
I always ask unless its a bad review or I dgf.
Of course, if you don't care what they think or care to see them again, write away, or use a alias.

With all due respect to NY, if you noticed his list of reviews I would guess you would be pissed to receive any of his scores? I'm sure any of the wonderful females would be. Dare say, you would not stay in the top 100 if he was your scorer, not that you don't deserve higher, just that you would have pm'd him and said what's up with the 7? And the important ladies I was commenting on was not a slam on the ones who did respond, it was the ones he has reviewed in the past. I wanted hear how they felt!

I had always thought it was up to the reviewer to post. However I have recently been asked if I want a review or not. I suspect that is because there are those providers out there who, for whatever reason, don't want reviews. In other words, it is not required, however it sounds like it is the new protocol to ask prior to posting.

Lickthestick if you wanted to hear from the providers he reviewed previously why not pm them yourself?  

If any of us was to receive a low score it would not take us off the top 100 list.  We are way too high up on the totem pole, but if could knock us down a few spots.  Either way it is the guys decision to write a review & his duty to be honest.  There are way to many 10/10's these days that are bs.  

I think this is an excellent post.  I personally would not see the poster, but that has nothing to do with his low scores.  Chemistry is everything to me!  Some guys pick 6 & 7's because that is their current budget.  Nothing bad at all.  Occasionally, I enjoy Taco Bell lol.  Smile 4 me & make it a productive day

before, during or after a session. Of course it does come up from time to time. The only time I ever asked if it was ok to write a review, was when I used to TOFTT.   Since they had no reviews, I wanted to make they were aware of TER, many were new to escorting and had never heard of TER or knew what a review was.   However, I've had a provider ask me to hold off in writing a review, since she had a lot of recent reviews, and was worried about looking hi volume. That was a simple request that I was willing to comply with.
