And one of the guys was a bartender at the Applebee's I go to!

At first neither of us really recognized each other so we brushed it off but after VIP time with the bachelor we all got together again and he was like staring at me so I went "I know, you know me!" We both started laughing and that's when he realized it was form his work! After that my hobby friend and I went in and sat down... He flipped a little laughing nervously then we jokingly asked "so when are YOU getting married?"

I had a meeting with a well-regarded SD gal (I won't say who here) who didn't show her face in her pics. I opened the door to find the former office manager of one of my clients standing there(!). We immediately knew each other, chuckled, agreed we were both ok with it, and had a GREAT session. Saw her 2 or 3 times before she 'retired' a couple years later.

I've known 2 gals in civilian life who escorted on the side...never felt comfortable calling either, just because I'd likely see them too much in the 'real' world.

My experience was backward...

I once met a staggeringly attractive blonde at all places a 7-11 in north county as I was picking up coronas and limes.  She looked familiar but I didn't pick it up and she noticed the beers and made a comment how she was having a shitty day and wouldn't mind having one herself so I jokingly invited her back to my place up the street.  Not in my wildest dreams would I have expected her to accept.  Mind you I am in grad school living in a tiny beach studio driving a 20 year old truck.  I give her the address and she rolls up in an enormous white Escalade and parks at my place.  WTF?  So, we share a few beers, chat a bit, tells me she lives up the street and we exchange info, hug and kiss good bye.  I get a playful email from her and game on.  Text and email a bit and eventually she shows up at my place one night.  It was like a torrid affair.  She would invite me over for "breakfast" and I would invite for "night caps".  Early on talking about life and she tells me of her "other life".  I look her up and holy hell.  Its a good thing we hooked up under casual circumstances cause she was in a league not in my reach.  I think when we met up she was on the verge or already retiring but eventually she moved away and slipped off the radar.  I heard she had a twin sister that danced at a local club.  Looking back that was well over 10 years ago... Where did the time go?
