I did some searching on the web regarding the El Cajon law that allows the police to impound the vehicle of a John and he is required to pay blue book value to get it back. According to everything that I have found, it currently holds water. Although, it does not appear to have been challenged in the Supreme Court. It keeps getting stoppes at the appellate courts for some reason.
  Now, on the East coast, they have made it so that the vehicle can't be impounded if it belongs to someone other than the individual soliciting. Also, rental cars won't be impounded. Remember, this was somewhere in New York or in that area.
   I suggest to anyone wanting to know more to do a search on "vehicle seizures and prostitution". That's what I did and had a bunch of different precedent setting rusults pop up. There was some really interesting stuff.

remember, there is almost always a higher court, a different appeal, another jurisdiction, another attorney willing to fight with a different avenue. Assuming there's value in your asset, the attorney takes a BIG percentage of what they get you back.

using current asset seizure mindset, LE could, theoretically, seize your home and the contents if you invited an undercover there and solicited prostitution or if you prostituted out of your home.

Generally, it is indisputable that most violent crimes are committed by 'non-whites' (more than 95%), but in order to maintain some form of statistical parity, 'crimes' committed by 'white guys' had to be brought up to nearly the same level of impunity as those violent crimes they mostly do not commit.... think of it as a legal form of evening out the 'crime' rate. If you read overall stats, the 'overall' numbers are pretty even between the ethnic groups... but read more carefully at the crime classification, then and only then will you see the real picture.

Case in point: the drug posession laws. You get caught with a bit of pot/cocaine, you get extraordinary mandatory minimums, perhaps even more than murderers.

I will be willing to bet that *IF* you are a poor 'non-white' male (notice the politically correct term to avoid chastising by you lefty/commie wackos), you would probably NOT have to pay a dime, but just be put on 'probation'.

I don't mena to dispute your figures, but can you please tell me where that 95% figure came from? Did you find it on the web or some publication? Nothing personal. I just hate it when people toss figures out with nothing to back them up. Yes, I'm a skeptic.This law is simply aimed at any guy who wants to go after a sw. I consider myself middle class, but would never go after a sw, since I can find better here. Just my 2 cents.

the link on the prior post made me think that it was possibly a racist web site. It  only made me think that, and I am in no way making any accusations. The link matisse put up is more what I was looking for. States and the federal Government stats are plain and simple. Whenevr a private group throws out statistics, they are likely to be twisted and turned to fit that particular individuals views. The Government however, for the most part, tells it like it is. At least in cases like this.
    For educational purposes alone, people should read the entire report. One would be amazed at how few of some crimes are ever cleared(solved). It definitely opened my eyes.

A better statistic would be 'per capita' crimes, not the overall numbers as reported by the Feds.

1. The Fed's numbers do NOT tell the true story, because they are not broken down into specifics. Not only that, many crimes committed by 'non-whites' are either not prosecuted or not cracked or dismissed by judges. Additionally, if a 'non-white' commits many crimes or is a repeat offender, they are not 'added' to the list....

2. Whites are by far and away hit with more 'crime' charges if you include traffic violations, and 'white-collar' crimes.... again, the Feds are overall numbers and not broken down correctly.

Like I said in the earlier post, many 'whites' are charged with 'violent crimes' but if you look closely, it is a lot of things like drug possession, prostitution busts, only to artificially create 'diversity in crime', these numbers make activist groups very happy..

Let's not confuse out-right murder and hard theft or rape with silly 'crimes'.

The FBI stats are misleading.

One can't accurately identify how many crimes are committed by whites. The FBI classifies "mexicans" as "whites". This falsely inflates the white crime numbers. Give the mexicans their own category and watch the white crime numbers drop 25-35%.

One would be fooling themself to believe that whites commit more violent crime than their darker american counterparts. A majority of the white violence is domestic abuse. I am of the belief that percentage wise, domestic violence is as common in other ethnic groups, but is reported less often.

 I found these stats through a simple search on the web. Apparently, the percentages that you laid out are incorrect. It's a good site with a great breakdown of ststs in the state as well as in individual counties. From your ranting, I can only guess that you have some issues that need to be resolved. The link you provided referred to California crimes, not federal crime rates. You are correct that California shows crimes committed by whites\mexicans under seperate categories. I had stated that FBI crime rates lumped mexicans and whites together as one. The FBI is currently doing this.

I noticed in your provided link, that total felony and misdemeanor crimes in cali are being commited at an equal rate between mexican and whites. Black crime is a distant 3rd.

37% mexican\hispanic
17% black

When you shift to violent crimes commited by race the numbers change drastically. Look at the Cali homicide arrests in 2002;

mexican\hispanic-827 arrests
black-393 arrests
white-263 arrests
other-152 arrests

You start to realize that whites commit less violent crime than their darker americans. When you consider the percentage of blacks in the state, one realizes they commit far more violence percentage wise then whites.
Mexicans and whites are nearly equal in the state populace, the mexican murder rate is 3 1\2 times greater.

Whats really disgusting about this is the feds lump all the mexican\hispanic crime in as white crime numbers! They need to establish a separate distinction. I will assume that the homicide numbers in cali are the same percentage wise in the other southwest states.

The reason why there is such a disproportionate number of mescans that commit crimes is because they are 'fugitives' in their own country.

And since mesco has no decent organized crime bureau (and limited crime punishment), it is easy for a mescan criminal to cross the border. In this country, he is completely anonymous so why not come here!

By the way, some 1%-3% of border crossers are also from other central american countries as well.

After looking at the first page that popped up, I decided that I would not be getting impartial figures. I prefer to get numbers from a source that does not have an agenda.
     After Matisse told us about the FBI figures, you stated that they were not a clear indicator of the truth. You stated that we should look at individual states and counties. You stated that they “were not broken down correctly”. What is “correctly”? I take it that it would be more correct if they put up the figures to match your diluted beliefs?
    By the way, I just visited that link again you put up earlier. Now, I have to ask. Are you, ness, a racist? Please answer honestly. That page has the statement “There are some good blacks, but a mixed race society endangers whites”. The site also has a chart titled “nigger’s age in years”. Do you really read and support this trash?
  Now, if you really do take the time to read the stats on the link I provided for you, you will see that some crimes have more white perpetrators in some areas (geographically), and some crimes have more blacks or Hispanics as perpetrators in other areas. If you take the time to look, you will see that the stats are broken down into many groups. You can look at misdemeanors or felonies. Here, Mexicans are counted as Hispanics.
    Personally, I doubt if your mind will ever change. No matter how many facts are paraded in front of you. I agree that crime statistics from the Pacific Northwest will vary a great deal to those in the South when it comes to race. But, our Country as a whole has more whites than any other race. Therefore, I believe that most figures will work against your belief that, non-whites commit 95% of “violent crimes”.

Separation of the races IS racism.

                   I only posted that link, because after the Federal numbers were posted, ness stated that they were inaccurate and that he was referring to more localized numbers.i.e. state and county breakdowns. I am simply having some fun at his expense. At times, I enjoy proving someone wrong. Why? I don't know.
    When we are talking about crimes and what nationality or color the people are that commit them, the figures will change from street to street. That is why I made the reference in my earlier post to the Pacific Northwest. How many African Americans were arrested in Fargo last year on drug charges? Or on domestic violence charges. Now, lets compare those numbers with Harlem or South Central Los Angeles.Top a certain extent,  any of us can twist the figures to meet our beliefs.
    Instead of just looking at one County, I prefer to look at the entire state or region. This way, we get the whole enchilada. Even with Southern California having such a high concentration of Hiospanics, it evens out, at least a little, when you add the figures from Northern california.
     Personally, I would love to see a wall erected along our borders. I am not a fan of our current immigration laws. But, until that wall is built, and even after, I will not point a finger at any race and say that they are more violent than any other race.
   The comparison to dogs was not the best idea. One might see that as lumping an entire race together and saying that they are all quick to fight. As in most, if not all races, there are those that are bad and those that are good. Some good people go bad and some bad people bust their butts to pull themselves up and have a better life. All races sell drugs, murder,rob,rape,steal,etc.

FT69, the difference between you and a rationally thinking person is that you are incapable of seeing true racism. It is so much of your core belief that you don't even recognize it. A racial minority commits a crime and you blame it solely on the race of that person. It's so much more complicated than that. Every racial group has populated the inner cities at one time or another-Irish, Jews(that's where the word "ghetto" came from),Italian, you name it. Any group subjected to inner city crime, violence, poverty, etc. will have a higher percentage of people who commit those crimes. In other words, it's predominantly due to the persons environment not the persons race. If you grew up in South Central LA I doubt you'd be the same person that you are today (actually, you'd be dead with your attitudes).

Same goes with your crime statistics. It is a fact that a disproportianately high percentage of violent crime is commited by blacks and hispanics. In fact, that is one of the arguments by the anti death penalty folks-that the death penalty is racially biased because of the percentage of minorities on death row. Again, environment not race.

I would recommend that you look deeply within yourself and try to view people as one race that has different CULTURES. You may agree or disagree with those cultural differences, but don't blame society's problems on race-it's not that simple.

If we are to obide by the princibles this country was founded on, we need to start obeying our forefathers immigration laws.

Our forefathers never intended for anyone other than whites to live here as equals. There is overwhelming evidence in the writing by Thomas Jefferson and later, Abe Lincoln. The fact that blacks were considered 2\5ths of a human gives this theory precedent. They certainly didn't consider, or plan on welcoming all the mexicans, middle easterns, asains ect...

I shouldn't have to buy an island to live among my own as our predecessors intended. Our government has the responsibility to uphold this nations laws and constitution. There choosing greed over quality of life. I have the right to bring these atrocities to light. What these resentful, hateful, anti-American conspirators willfuly neglect to mention is that our borders were OPEN to ALL, its just that the 'dark skinned' people chose NOT to come here. It was a well known fact that if you came to America, you had to WORK!

Imagine that, you came to America, and whatever was open, was yours!............ Ah, but there was a catch, you had to WORK the land yourself!

Frankly, I do NOT mind legal immigration from any and every place in the world. But I do not think we are helping ourselves (or them) by freely allowing these people (who essentially hate us anyway) to come in and make a mess.

Surface to air missles in TJ?? WOW!! I had heard that the mexican drug and immigrant smugglers had helped smuggle non mexican\south american peoples into the country. It would make sense that they could smuggle deadly nerve agents and weapons too.
I am aware that they have an extreme dislike for white americans. thats perfectly ok though in todays PC enviroment. However, as you know, it is taboo for whites to display thse same feelings...

It is sad that people like us who have cought on to the ruining of this nation, are thought so lowly of...There is a plus though, more and more people are catching on, we may still have time to reverse this situation.

First off, the 2 of you need to learn a bit about the history of this country.  I have yet in my life to read a book or see an educational program that states that the Europeans were here before Native Americans. I have seen a show that highlighted a skull found in Washington State where people are arguing what race it is from (European, Asian or Native American). That is a story in itself. Either way, you have made several statements with no facts to back it up again.
      Now, if you nimrods can recall, most of this started with the accusation that most violent crimes are committed by non-whites. I know for a fact that I have proven that point as incorrect. The plain facts are there for any individual who wishes to read them. The point is that you have been proven wrong, and you are having a great deal of trouble accepting it. You are a racist and nothing will change your mind. I can accept that.
    Since this thread is no longer on the first page, I see no reason to return and read your unsubstantiated statements. The simple fact is that I have proven what I have stated while you have not.
