i have said this before, but donations should not be discussed until after the "visit" is over.

It's a risk for the provider, but maybe a better risk than getting busted.  LE will push the money issue, so if the guy keeps bringing it up, end the session.  If he is not LE and tries to rip you off, yell RAPE!

All of the providers I have seen never discussed $ until after.

I will be monitoing questions..as I see the L/E most likely monitors this site..It's time..to outwit them..at their own game.Being a legal beagle..I can provide valuable information to TER Members who inquire..Remember posession is 9/10 of the law..and that undercover L/E do notneed identify themselves..to make a bust !!

1. Girls..ask your clients..to have them show you what they want /and make sure they actually touch their members first ..then yours..Once this is out of the way..you have set a tone for the day..and have done nothing..If anything..you can have them charged for being indecent..

Are you implying that if LE touches their member and then the providers without identifying themselves you are safe?  Wrong.
Plenty of LE will do this, "in the line of duty".  And it's allowed by the court.  And even if it wasn't, it's LE's word against yours, and they lie.

I must agrea, sounds better than it is. L/E Can touch if asked. For real legal advice see an attorney you trust,  don't take free advice from a chat board as the word. There are devices out there that can monitor if a tape or wire is used. I am looking in to this. There are several out there but so far I have only found one that works with all san diego, LA  equipment. I am pricing it now.

THEY LIE! Take it from an ex-lapd man. Doc, you may be a lawyer but you're doing a real dis-service here. (the first dis was for you). Remember ladies and gents, lawyers are very much like providers. You get what you pay for. RC

But what if you could guarantee their service?
What if they had to do their best or they get "fired". Are you still getting what you pay for?

Besides, when you have 24/7 access to the best lawyers, and your legal right to contact them should you be stopped or detained by any LE, everything is good!!!

Let's face it.  Unless the law gets changed there's always going to be some risk for everybody involved.  More for providers than for clients.  But you can do something to shade the odds in your favor.  Just a couple of suggestions.

Providers:
Get the client's last name and phone # and make sure the phone is listed in that name.  Not that LE can't make phone calls from home but at least a married cop is unlikely to invite you there for an outcall.

Ask for a work ID.  I've never understood what checking a Driver's License is supposed to do.  But I doubt LE is commiting the resources to provide their guys with fake Gas Company or University staff IDs. (If anyone knows differently, PLEASE post. Providers and clients will both thank you.)

Clients:
I'm pretty sure it's illegal for LE to use print media ads to set up a sting.  I'm much less sure about the net.  Anyone who actually knows please post.

You are fooling yourselves if you don't think that LE, as you call them, can't be as sophisticated as yourselves. They can produce  any and all documents,, why do you think they call it it UC, undercover, they are not Roscoe P. Coltran.

They can have dedicated "cold" lines that are answered any way they choose to fool you, fake wives, fakes ID, who says a "john" couldn't invite you to his "house" for outcall? Legit cops use the services too, who says they can't make a date as them, then bust you later, it's an illegal business.

Use your brains that God gave you, think it over before you make a move and remember they are paid to do this and are professionals. My .02.

C'mon people. Get with the program. read the reviews. DUH!!!! I once called a gal in Riverside. i was leary because I was new to the area. When I got to the motel, something felt wrong. She had bad stubble on her legs. A bad sign. In the room, I wanted to be sure she wasn't LE. I asked her to touch my member on the outside of my pants. She wouldn't do it. I told her that i needed to make sure she wasn't a cop. She asked if i had drugs that we could share. she must have thought I was an idiot.
i took off my boots. She asked if i had the money. i only nodded my head up and down without saying a word. before I gave it to her, i told her that i wanted to look outside the door, because I felt suspicious. Sure enough, there was a guy in a blue windbreaker, with a earpice hooked up to a Motorolla. I started to get dressed.
She asked what she could do to prove she wasn't a cop. She said that the guy was her driver. BS. He pffered to show her tits. i told her to touch the outside of my crotch. She declined.
I am convinced that she was a cop. She would get nude, but not make any intimate( however mild ) physical contact. I think that I beat a sting.

Kind of surprised a female cop would be willing to get nude.  Could be the provider was as freaked out as you were and she thought touching you could get her busted.  I guess it's always better to be safe than sorry.  Better than kicking yourself later.
