I had a client in the past. I have seen him only one time and he shorted me a significant amount. Which I made him aware of and he said he would make it right. He had planned a visit for today also agreeing to make it right frm the last visit. He was 30 min late with no call or text stating he was gonna be late. I had another appt planned for alil after his. With no contact letting me know I assumed him to be a no show and told him it would have to be another time since I did have other appts and his response was he was calling the cops because I made him drive all the way down here.  Was I wrong to tell him next time since he had been almost 30 min late with out letting me know? Also so with his threat I told my next appt to wait alil while. But he couldn't see me later. So now I lost out on both because of this guy. What should I do? I've not had to experience this before.

This person sounds like a manipulative psycho.   I would not contact him at all.  Your first mistake was making  
a second appointment with him after he shorted you.   Forget it about the money and think of it as an expensive lesson.
You have to set the boundaries.   Threatening to call the cops is a dickhead move.   Don't instigate him in any way.  He clearly has no empathy and will take anything you say to be a slight so the best course is no contact what so ever.  Ignore him completely and he will go away.

Here is my opinion: this guy is a jerk, liar, and a loose cannon.
1. shorting is never an accident
2. He was not on his way
3. He will continue to try to taunt you, degrade you, and other psychological abuse if you let him.

You did the right thing. Now, as others have indicated, blacklist him with the other girls. Also, do not reply to any of his communications. Hopefully, he'll get the message and stop trying. On a related note HL, if he knows where you live, rather than  just seen you at incalls that are not your residence, things may get more complicated.  
Too bad, but law of averages says some jerks out there. Surprised he cleared screening for your first date.

Don't waste your time on someone who would not treat you right. missing out on a few bucks is better than missing out on hundreds. This guy was very disrepectful and you deserve way better than that. Sorry this happened to you. Lesson learned... There are many guys on here that wouldn't treat you like that.

Sorry it happened to you.  I imagine its a little unnerving for you.  I'd follow the good advice given here by other posters.  And your post reminds us hobbyists why we need to jump through a few hoops on occasion in order to see someone.  Safety first, and then we can all play with peace of mind.

Blacklist him.  Once shame on him, twice shame on him again & there will never be a third time.  Blacklist his punk ass.  Anyone who does not respect your time does not deserve it.  I would of had him send me a gift card, or supply a deposit after shorting the 1st time, which he would never have been invited over again until he made up for the lack of funds from the previous encounter, but that is just me.  You lost out on another appointment because of him wtf no respect.

Normally i wouldn't have seen him again. He actually contacted me again to make right what he had shorted me previously. And seemed to be committed to coming to our visit as he confirmed the day before and day of. Had he not made it a point to contact me to get me what he shorted me and then make another appt, i agree i would have not seen him again. as i chalked up his last visit as a loss and moved on. but yes he is a dbag and i'm not sure yet whether to post publicly his info to make sure others don't come across him or just having providers just message me for info?
