The "available now" system works both ways. If a gent posts he's available at the same time a provider is checking it could be a match! However, he may not like her look or rate or whathaveyou and he will move on. I think it's a great tool for those who aren't looking for a new ATF but need some physical attention NOW and hope they will get a response.
I'm sure it's also a good feeing having the providers contact YOU instead of the other way. It feels maybe more like "being chosen" or something perhaps?
I for one always get a rush when I have a new inquiry - it feels good to be the one chose of the hundreds!
