Molly cancelled her SD trip. Not enough guys wanted to see someone with all 10/10 reviews? Go figure.
She's not the first touring lady nor will she be the last to cancel a visit to San Diego due to lack of interest ... and her scores are irrelevant. The bevy of local talent is second to none in quality and value. I just returned from some travels of my own and I will take our San Diego ladies any day over top rated Providers in other markets. It's not called "America's Finest City" for nothing!
I'm not a big fan of touring ladies. Seems like they'd have to be hi volume while touring to make it worth it.
I know several ladies that Tour. It's always somewhat of a risky situation. It's definitely a numbers game, but I wouldn't assume they'd be any more high volume than someone you favor who is local. There are many reasons why someone will tour, not the least of which is they become the new flavor of the month for the place they visit. I think the bigger risk than them seeing a lot of guys is just the fatigue of travel.
I once met a local soCal lady in NY. I was already there for business and we had arranged to connect as part of her NE tour. She came in from Boston on the train and I met her at Penn Station. Lets just say that she wasn't wearing 6 inch FMPs and a mini dress. She looked so exhausted, schlepping this big @$$ suitcase full of outfits and dildos lol.
I think if i want to see a woman on tour, I try to book the first AM appointment on Day Two. Let her get settled, rest up, and be fresh and full of energy. But again, SD is such a beautiful City especially this time of year, that they would flock to come here and run face to face into the fierce competition of a fantastic local market. I mean look at my story ... I'd rather see a San Diego girl in NY than risk seeing a NY girl and be disappointed.
Dropped my former ATF at the auto rental center at ABQ once after a morning appointment. She had just finished a few days in town and was heading up to Santa Fe to see clients. Jeans, tennies, a bag of dirty laundry...it's their job dudes, and it ain't always glamorous. Our own Carly Dahl is in LA this week according to her web page. Looking forward to making her acquaintance soon here in SD.

I know a few ladies who clued me in on what they go through when they visit a different city. Not very glamorous if you knew what they have to go through to make it work. I was lucky to see one lady who was here for just a few days. She told me I was her only appointment for her visit so I felt lucky in that regard. I agree with you on one point. Set up your appointment the day after they arrive. Let them unwind, unpack and freshen up. For any lady who is reading this post and might plan a trip to San Diego, just a suggestion. Schedule some me time and go to the beach. That extra hour or two will be worth it. Just saying......

two things:
i have decided, like you, nyst8, that seeing a lady immediately after they check in is always a dicey proposition...is she settled, is she focused, is she ready to devote herself to me, or does she need some r & r before getting down to it? so, yes, i prefer a second day date.
also, as far as wonderful sd girls go, two of my fav ladies have been based in sd, and come up to see me here in la with advanced notice. i wish i could live in sd and take advantage of the bevy of beauties (at such reasonable rates) that you have there! you lucky dawgs!!!
CORRECT!
Unless you are driving from LA or OC to San Diego or to Vegas the overhead requires a set amount of appointments in order to travel....
Example:
San Diego lady touring in NYNY vs Vegas (the same can be reversed for NYNY to San Diego)
These examples are based off only 1 hour bookings at about 400-500 per hour
NYNY - flight can be up to 800 round trip which is already minimum of ONE appointment required.
NYNY - hotel rates are not cheap in New York and if you are a higher end provider you can't slum it somewhere cheap which is probably a minimum of 800 for say two nights? Another two dates she is required to have.
So for NYNY tour a provider is required to have a minimum of 5 clients in order to make the trip profitable over the course of 2 and a half days.
Vegas - driving can take time but it's less than 160 round trip in gasoline which is less than 1/2 a date fee.
Vegas - hotels are all densely populated on the strip thus competitive rates. You can get 2 nights at a very nice place without comps or discounts for less than 500 which is only one client requirement.
So for a provider to tour Vegas from CA she is required to book fewer dates to make a trip profitable.
These are just basic examples.
My policy as a hobbyist would be (if I were one): if she is flying I'm not buying.
The reason is because she is already obligated to have a minimum of 3 dates just to pay for the trip.
But that's just my take on it.
Bravo on the breakdown - so many ladies don't figure in the full impact of ALL expenses, fatigue, volume of clients to make it work. In the end it's a business and needs to be on the $$$ end managed as one. That said - enjoying time with each individual client is what makes it all worthwhile.
a 20% reduction in salary of government personnel may also cause some unintended consequences
