well.. i do my part to make the actual 'act' last longer than a few minutes... few different ways...
maybe start off with a bbbjtc... then massage and fondle til it comes back... unless he is a single popper than i wouldnt complete just tease him for while.. on the edge off the edge.. =)... that makes for a good 20 to 30 minute romp...
or... when it suddenly gets super hard and a little fatter.. or he says something like...'ooooooo'... a slide of the hips... a quick change of the motion... can be motive to last a bit longer... without losing the 'oo goody'...

if its just straight 'pounding'... i would say 2-5.. yah... but i would say thats when he is doing it 'just' to finish... like the last 5 mins of the hour... giggle...

i have had guys come and go in 15 flat (undress do it dress)... and as many go more than an hour....

i guess.. for the actual act.. id guess an average of 15 minutes

as for whats better.. quick or long.. seems that the ones that go longer are more sensual.. dfk and stuff.. and lots of positions and angles and motions and stuff..

and the quicker ones.. are like hardcore f-ers.. pounders.. drive it all the way homers...

i would never suggest for a guy to hold out too  much... cause i have seen some hold out too long and then lose their ability to get there when there ready... maybe a stress thing?
