Might be a bit inappropriate but, given my life lately, what the hell.

Finished a long divorce and offer in compromise with IRS and SO.  Now I have this brand new, big house (3500 sq. sf., 5 bd/4 ba) and would like a roommate or two.

The house is located about 3 miles from the beach on the Encinitas/Carlsbad border.  All the rooms have a private bath and I'm totally flexible on rents, etc.
