Looking for two other recommendations and figured I'd ask y'all ...

1. Is there a fun, late night bar that has live music and actual, over 40 adults?

2. Are any of the strip clubs worth a visit?

(making sure I pack my San Diego trip with some fun experiences... All work and no play makes Jimmie a dull boy.

Pacers has beautiful strippers who are great dancers and they have wide selection of beverages from Chanpagne to Sherlly Temples. There are some real beauties there.

Not sure about question 1 but here is a thought.  The bar at Red Tracton's  on Via de la Valle opposite the race track is a San Diego secret.  Live music/dancing on weekends.  Lots of cougars on the prowl.  Lots of poseurs but fun and interesting.  Park your Bentley convertible or your Lambo with the valets.  

Yes, Pacers is the current best stripper bar in San Diego.  Can be overrun by Navy types.

Yes world famous Pacers at Midway and Rosecrans is currently the #1 strip club in San Diego.  On a Friday or Saturday night especially close to the first of the month, assuming no major holiday, expect up to 60 or more very lovely ladies in the house. Bachelor parties and bottle service motivate many ladies to work.  The dollars fly on the stage during prime time with a bouncer using a broom to sweep them all up. Keep in mind however San Diego has the look but no touch rule thanks to Juan Vargas and the religious right which has still not been changed. Enjoy.
