Was just pure quality and class.  I called her the following evening hoping her schedule could accomodate.  She picked up, declined, asked me what I was doing in San Diego, when I'd be back, made a little small tak, advised to plan ahead, etc.  

She could have just as easily have been cool and distant and explained in direct / subtle ways what an idiot I was for calling the same day.  She didn't.  Based on the kind words on these boards and the quality person on the other end of the phone, she's a must see on the next trip.
