I've starting seeing posts of some of the ladies calling themselves "DIME"...anyone,,,is this an acronym for something?

Somewhat old' urban slang.
Short for "Dime Piece". 'Dime' meaning "10".

Hence, a once in a life time girl. A perfect 10 on many levels.

Yes, as Jai said it's ghetto slang for a girl who's above the rest.

ALL our San Diego girls here on TER would be considered "Dime" girls.
