How do I do a search on the database?  When I go to the "Provider Search Form" I do not see a text search where I can check the database.  Any help will be appreciated.

I believe that he meant "search the discussion board."  There is the handy "Find Message" button at the bottom of the screen for each discussion board.  But, I believe the "answer" is Paige.

stands for discussion board. Squirting isn't one of the filters on the review search engine the last time I checked. At the bottom of the discussion board is a "find message" tab. Search there and hopefully you'll find what you need.
