That has got to be an invasion of privacy.  Even the TV show COPS will blur your face if you do not sign a release.  The constitution protects against an assumption of guilt.  Poor bastards.  Better call the ACLU and don't solicit on 39th and Armitage.  Check out the black dude 1/2 way down wearing "Beacuse I am the teacher" shirt.  His school days are over. . .
