Yes, You are only 20 minutes from Tijuana. The land of Beautiful escorts for 2 hours $150.00.  Bar girls that offer full service for $60.00.  And for all that you might have heard about it not being safe is not true. I have been going for 9 years never had a problem.

Chula Vista is below average...I'd suggest saying no further south than downtown...  Just say no to TJ... otherwise stay north of 8...
