For me, an attractive woman wearing the right outfit with a choker is mesmerizing.

I like to see the choker form a clean line around the woman's neck, with one strand and one pendant. A slender black ribbon creates a great contrast with a white antique cameo. The effect should be restrained, not ostentatious.
