I just read a review of someone who has been reviewed 22 times and has a 8.8/8.7 average score. Yet, know one knows if menu includes CIM or FIV. Really? What's the point of the review and how could one be an 8.7 without those two menu items?

Just because it's not listed doesn't mean it didn't happen. One of my favorites doesn't have DATY as being available. She allows it with me.

As the saying goes, YMMV.

If no one submits a problem report, it's not going to be changed. Do the juicy details of the reviews mention those items?

2) It may be a YMMV thing, as Camper said. Maybe she wants her profile to say "don't know" and she decides on a client by client basis whether she wants to perform said service.
