Like you, over the years I've done the MP thing.  But its been a while since I visited one of these establishments, and to be honest I have to say I regret wasting money in AMPs when I could have met far more attractive and giving independent providers.  My AMP experience ranges from a pathetic massage with the provider fully clothed and no hint of a happy ending through to rocking FS following a table shower.  Body rubs among independents can mean many things, but in my opinion the minimum should be a friendly and safe atmosphere, a decent massage, and a topless happy ending, with at least some discreet touching permitted.  At the other end of the spectrum, there's the naked body to body massage with a HJ that verges on virtual sex.  Sometimes this can also involve CBJ, BBBJ, or DATY.  There are no hard and fast "rules" in all this.  My advice is to look beyond what providers say in their ads - remember they have to be careful and discreet for a variety of reasons.  Look instead at the reviews, and read as many as you can to get a sense of her style, her limits, and also skill set.

 Researching the websites/ads help but often FBSM is hit or miss for certain menu items  
   
   
 Reviews will tell you what others dis/liked BUT sometimes ladies do "extras" that aren't actually on the menu.  
   
 Another example:  
 Another GF of mine who does FBSM sometimes gives a BBBJ for clients
