When I decided to retire, I asked Staff what the 'procedure' was regarding my profile, etc. He asked if I still planned on posting, and I said yes, I would still like to be able to post once in a while (hey, I LIKE you guys!). He said the only way for me to do that was to leave my profile up.
I'm sure I could have just re-joined under another name, but then I'd have people wondering why I did THAT (!) LOL, as if I was 'hiding' or something, so it was easier for me to just keep it the same.
Although my profile still appears 'active', it really isn't. The phone numbers are invalid, and the website is down, and I am removed from all search links.
I thought I would post this to dispel any rumors regarding me, but also so that you are now informed as to how it works with TER, AND because I thought it was very nice, and accomodating of Staff to ask what I preferred.
Glad you are still participating Lady Sedona, the boards wouldn't be the same without your insight and enlightening subject matter.
