More reviews can affect the average score and thus change your spot int he top 100 lists.
For example: there are top providers who seems to intentionally wait the 6 months to have a review go up because after 6 months of no reviews you are taken off the top 100 list. Check if she has been reviewed in the past 6 months. If so, her story is likely bologna. If not, perhaps she has recently been outed to someone/people and needs to show she "isn't working" by having no reviews go up... however, then again, if she is heavily advertising, shows her face, utilizes multiple forums, etc etc then her story, again, is likely bologna.
Some girls will look at a guys review history and instead of skipping a date in fear of a low review will instead ask for no review in order to make the date and make the money. I for one choose not to see *some* people with overly critical reviews (not just low scores).
So, all in all, I personally disagree with the "don't review me" policy... However, we all know the review system is flawed anyway. We have top rated ladies who reinvented themselves so their other prior reviews (which weren't all 9's and 10's) don't factor into their current reviews... The old reviews are still sitting there, gathering dust, under their old name... There is no integrity for MANY ladies in this industry - it's all about the almighty dollar and keeping that money coming in. If they think a review might mean a decrease in that flow, they will certainly want to avoid that.
I for one love being reviewed but with the amount I have sometimes I worry it will affect the opinion of hobbyists but then I remember a new review keeps me higher up on the lists when searched, keeps me on the top 100 list and shows my consistency as a companion. I feel proud to say to people "yes, I'm in San Diego's top 10 list on TER even with a majority of my reviews being for massage only"... It's a struggle for me trying to climb the list with so many previous reviews keeping my average low just because my menu wasn't as "full" shall we say... Because I could not ever get a 10 before in performance: the fact I am so highly ranked really has more merit than someone who was able to get 10/10's from the beginning. I have asked people to tell me if for some reason they felt my performance was lacking instead or reviewing - I would rather make up a "so-so" date than just take the money and ask for no review... But maybe that's just me...
But then again, I could be wrong. GK
