Cali, if you are serious about this, when you have five reviews in a row that seriously indicate you have a customer service issue, here's how you resolve it:
1. When someone posts, like me, pointing out your bad reviews, dispute it! Tell us why we shouldn't run like hell!
2. Talk on the board more often.
3. Lower your rates so someone would be willing to TOFTT with someone who has even YOUR reviews, and maybe after you get 4-5 new ones that are glowing, we will see that your have turned over a new leaf.
